A. Joseph Homes is owned and operated by A.J. Amigoni, a current resident in Charlottesville. A.J. has been working in the new home business since 2001. He gained experience with national and regional homebuilders on the production, costing and sales aspects of new home construction. All of these experiences, along with building multiple custom homes for himself, have instilled a personal and professional business method.
